As a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), HRnovations is one of 400 members that provide PEO services.
A PEO service contract creates a co-employment relationship between HRnovations and the client. Many businesses, especially those with fewer than 200 employees, do not have staff dedicated to human resources. Professional employer organizations, or PEOs, handle the management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll and workers' compensation while sharing liability with the client. We can also assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee orientation and are available for executive level guidance about any HR issue.
A PEO is able to buy benefits for all clients as one large group, under this arrangement, which keeps costs down and allows clients to obtain “big company” benefits at a lower cost. The client, however, retains control over hiring and firing, salary levels, and the technical aspects of all employees’ work. |
