Small Business HR Needs
According to the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), the owner of a small business spends up to one quarter of his or her time on employment-related paperwork.  When an owner or executive is stretched thin, HR quality and compliance can suffer.  A lack of attention or HR experience can result in higher turnover and other significant issues.
Learn from Bigger Companies
Many larger businesses are gaining competitive advantage by outsourcing their HR function. In a recent study commissioned by Price Waterhouse Coopers, 304 CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs of large multinational corporations reported the following results from outsourcing HR:
  • 96 percent said they were more able to focus on core competencies
  • 91 percent achieved greater efficiency without additional investments in people and technology
  • 85 percent became more profitable
  • 66 percent provided better service levels than before they outsourced
