| Many larger businesses are gaining competitive advantage by outsourcing their HR function. In a recent study commissioned by Price Waterhouse Coopers, 304 CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs of large multinational corporations reported the following results from outsourcing HR: |
- 96 percent said they were more able to focus on core competencies
- 91 percent achieved greater efficiency without additional investments in people and technology
- 85 percent became more profitable
- 66 percent provided better service levels than before they outsourced
